This downstairs room is located in the 1st building to the right as you enter the property and can accommodate 2 guests. As you enter, the room features a queen size bed, flat screen TV with cable service, high speed wireless internet access, and is open to a fully furnished kitchen. The downstairs bathroom has a Jacuzzi tub with shower. For your convenience, the utility room has a washer and dryer located from the bathroom or from the back porch. Luckenbach shares a covered parking area and  has a picnic table and gathering area.(This room does not inclue the upstairs room)
